Naiomi Rose, Content Marketing Strategist & Stage ONE Speaker

I built a stage for you...

Stage To Sales

You feel confident on stage and the talk lands well but it’s not translating into revenue and dream clients.

You want to sell without feeling like you're overly pitching, persuading, or performing but you’re not sure what to say instead.

You know you’re better than the results you’re getting from the stage.

What is
Stage to Sales?

The Stage to Sales Method is built on a simple truth: people buy from people they trust.

At the heart of every talk that converts is authentic positioning rooted in your values, your differentiation, and your client's language.

The Stage to Sales Method extracts what makes you different and architects it into a conversion system.

Because your dream clients don't respond to pressure or performance. They respond to clarity. When you're clear on your positioning, when you speak to their everyday symptoms, when you address their barriers systematically, they move.

We don't start with slides or scripts, we start with your values and lived experience, your market differentiation and your client language and barrier mapping.

When the positioning is clear and the architecture is sound, selling doesn't feel like selling at all. It feels like the next obvious step.

The Method
You walk away with a repeatable talk that converts, one strategic framework you can adapt for any audience which is rooted in your positioning, aligned to your offer, and designed to feel like you.
This isn't a speaking course. This is strategic extraction and architecture consulting delivered in three phases.

PHASE 1: IDENTITY & INTENT

Strategic Positioning Foundation

The strategic work:

Before we build your talk, we extract your positioning foundation. This is where most speakers skip ahead and wonder why their talks sound generic.

Speaker Journal extraction
We start with structured reflection exercises to identify your core values, lived experiences, and the message you MUST say versus what you COULD say. When you know what you stand for at a deep level, you stop performing and start connecting. That's what creates stage presence that converts.

Market differentiation architecture
We extract what makes you different and position you strategically in the market. We speak directly to your competition without rubbishing them.

Client language mining
Your testimonials are a goldmine. We mine them for the everyday symptoms your clients experience, not the surface problems they think they have.

Barrier identification
We collate every barrier systematically. Then we prepare to address each one in your talk. This is objection handling strategy disguised as storytelling.

What you walk away with:
Crystal-clear positioning rooted in your values, market differentiation that doesn't rely on rubbishing competitors, the exact language your ideal clients use when they're in pain, and a map of every barrier standing between them and buying.

This is brand strategy and messaging architecture work. Brand strategists charge ten to fifteen thousand pounds for this alone.

PHASE 2 : MESSAGE & MAGENTISM

Talk Architecture & Strategic Integration

The strategic work:

Now we build the talk itself. This is where we architect your positioning into a conversion system.

Lived experience selection
You have years of stories. We strategically select which ones to tell. This is where most speakers go wrong. They either share nothing personal and come across as distant, or they share too much and make the audience uncomfortable. We find the middle ground because people buy from "she gets it."

Barrier addressing strategy
We take every barrier we identified in Phase 1 and systematically address it in your talk. This is objection handling woven into your content. By the time you make your offer, your audience has already said yes in their heads. They're just waiting for you to tell them how.

Strategic offer integration
Here's where most speakers either don't mention their offer at all or explain their entire programme step-by-step. We do neither. We integrate your offer from a differentiation angle. We talk about what makes your approach different, not what the modules are. We make them want to know more. We don't try to close the sale from stage.

Proof strategy
You have client results. We strategically deploy them. Not just "here are my results" but strategic evidence placement that addresses the specific doubts your audience has about whether this will work for them. Social proof and scientific proof, tailored to your specific service.

What you walk away with:
A complete talk structure that positions you as the obvious choice, addresses every barrier your audience has, and makes your offer feel like the natural next step. Not a pitch. An invitation.

This is messaging consulting and conversion architecture work. Consultants charge five to ten thousand pounds for this.

PHASE 3 : TRUST, INFLUENCE & CONVERSION

Refinement, Rehearsal & Delivery

The strategic work:

This is where we make it yours.

Delivery refinement
This isn't performance coaching. This is presence work. We identify how you naturally speak, not how you "should" speak. Your humour, edge, warmth, scepticism, passion. Everything that makes you unique. When you're rooted in your values and clear on your positioning, you don't need to perform. You just need to show up and let them feel it.

Conversion pathway clarity
We build your calls-to-action. Simple. Low-pressure. Relationship-led. The next step feels obvious, not pushy. We're not manipulating. We're inviting people who are already sold to take the next step.

Rehearsal and feedback
We rehearse. We refine. We practice until the talk feels like you. Not scripted. Not memorised. Just clear, confident, and authentic.

What you walk away with:
A repeatable talk you can deliver with calm confidence, knowing it's designed to convert.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

We don't start with slides or scripts.
We start with strategic positioning. Your values. Your differentiation. Your client language. Your barriers.

We don't teach you how to speak.
We extract your positioning and architect it into a system that converts.

We don't pitch from stage.
We build talks that position you as the obvious choice so your offer feels like the natural next step.

This is strategic consulting for established business owners.
You bring the raw material. I extract and architect it.

THE INVESTMENT

Eight weeks. Three phases. Strategic extraction and architecture consulting.

One client from a stage talk pays for this programme. Everything after that is profit.

The cost of 'visibility'.

The £3k investment to speak isn’t the problem. It’s the lack of ROI that really hurts.

Paying £3k (or more) to stand on a stage, deliver a talk you've worked hard on, get the applause, the "loved your session" comments and then walk away with nothing to show for it commercially, is really rather painful.

Just a dented bank account and a quiet Sunday trying to convince yourself it was worth it.

The £3k investment isn't the issue. Big events cost 10's of 1000's for the organisers to run, not to mention the hours upon hours behind the scenes building and driving it all.

If your talk reliably generated enquiries, moved people into your world, and converted stage attention into actual business, £3k would feel like nothing. You'd be booking the next slot before you'd left the room.

The real cost is a talk that wasn’t built to sell.

Most talks are built to impress, educate or entertain. Or a little bit of all the above. They are rarely strategically built to convert.

And when a talk isn't built to create commercial movement, no amount of visibility, polish, or stage time will fix it. The talk needs rebuilding from scratch. Not your confidence, your slides, or public speaking skills.

The talk needs a strategy weaved all the way through it from start to finish.

If you're speaking (or planning to) and you're not consistently walking away with enquiries, you need this.

TAP TO SEE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE STAGE ONE 2025 SPEAKERS

Kirsty...

Kirsty is an exceptional identity coach. She doesn’t just uncover the subconscious blockers holding you back from the self-belief and self-worth required to reach your goals, she’s uniquely future-focused, helping you put the steps in place to truly become the main character in your own life.

Kirsty had recently talked at an event that left her confidence rather shattered. Kirsty felt called to speak on stages as she is truly passionate about inspiring women to build the life of their dreams. She struggled to articulate this passion in a way that will help women make the same progress she has achieved through the work that she does.

In October 2025, Kirsty stepped onto Stage ONE after designing a strategically structured talk with me. From an audience of 21, she signed one client directly into her coaching programme. 'I can't believe it, three of the women have already booked a discovery call'!!!

Now, we’re working together again as she prepares to speak to an audience of 100 in March 2026. 'I really want to push forward now and use my stage talks as a commercial tool. I want to learn even more about how to sell from the stage and tackle bigger audiences'. Our initial goal is three new clients into her signature programme and with the right structure, positioning, and experience in the room, we expect to exceed that.

Because this isn’t about delivering information. It’s about guiding the right people in the audience through a carefully designed experience, one that moves them through the buying journey in real time, leaving them ready and excited to step into Kirsty’s work.

Avril...

Avril Magee came to me with an incredibly magnetic personality. What she needed wasn’t a complete reinvention but a confidence boost and a subtle, commercially intelligent stage strategy to help her step up and speak with real impact.

Avril already understood the commercial power of the stage and how it could drive her business forward. 'I have huge goals for the business in the next 12 months and I want to use the stage as part of my business strategy'. Avril hadn't spoken in front of an audience for years, she felt really nervous and unsure of what to say an dhow to say it in a way that would give prospective clients the confidnce to invest in her projects.

She has a phenomenal presence and a cracking sense of humour — both essential qualities to bring fully to life on stage. I passionately believe that people buy from people, and Avril is at her very best when she is completely herself. Her warmth and natural trustworthiness create an immediate connection — and that’s exactly what we made sure to showcase.

Avril now has her first talk under her belt — and she’s only just getting started. 'I feel so much more confident and I have a stage ready talk for future events. I have to say that the journalling was incredibly effective and highlighted what I want to talk about'!

Monica...

Monica Kauzeni is an exceptionally creative copywriter.

Monica took one of the five-minute spotlight slots at the most recent Stage ONE event. We worked together to craft a high-impact talk that would build connection quickly, focusing on her most compelling strengths and positioning her clearly in the room — all within just five minutes.

And it worked.

In those five minutes, Monica opened the door to powerful new opportunities — receiving invitations to collaborate inside other business owners’ communities and to appear on podcasts.

Proof that when the message is clear and strategically delivered, even five minutes is enough to create momentum.

About your coach: amanda o

I believe people buy from people.

Not from polished slides. Not from perfect scripts. And definitely not from pressure.

For years, I watched brilliant business owners step onto powerful stages… only to step off without the commercial return they deserved. Not because they weren’t compelling on stage,  but because no one had shown them how connection and conversion truly work together.

The Stage to Sales Method was born from that gap. It’s built on one core belief: you come first, not the pitch.

When you lead with presence, clarity, and real connection, selling becomes a natural continuation of the conversation. Not an awkward add-on at the end.

Outside of business, my world is slower and grounded.

I live in North Wales with my family, seven cats, two hens, two aquariums  and two horses. I’m a keen dressage rider, and some of my clearest thinking happens in the saddle.

Working with horses has taught me more about leadership and energy than any sales book ever could. Horses don’t respond to scripts. They respond to presence. To nervous system regulation. To clarity without force.

It’s the same on stage. An audience can feel incongruence instantly. They respond to grounded leadership. To safety. To certainty.

That’s why I’m able to read a room quickly. Why I can spot the subtle disconnect between a message that sounds good and one that actually moves people.

Stage to Sales isn’t about performance. It’s about energetic alignment and commercial design working together.

I live for cosy nights by the fire, early mornings at the yard, and the quiet discipline that horses teach you consistency, feel, timing, and trust.

And honestly? Speaking is no different.

You can’t force it. You can’t fake it. But when you’re connected, present, and clear the room responds.

That’s what I teach.

FAQs

1. Is this about learning how to pitch from stage?

No.

This is about learning how to structure your talk so selling doesn’t feel like pitching.

You’ll learn how to create connection, shift belief, and guide the room naturally toward your work without scripts, pressure tactics, or forced closes.

2. I’m already confident on stage. Is this still for me?

Yes! Especially if you’re confident but not consistently converting.

Confidence is not the same as commercial structure.

The Stage to Sales Method refines what you say, what you leave out, and how you transition so your confidence translates into qualified discovery calls.

3. Will this make me sound salesy?

No.

In fact, most of my clients come to me because they never want to sound salesy.

This method is built around connection first. When the room feels understood and seen, your invitation feels natural, not awkward.

4. What if I overteach?

That’s incredibly common.

Many established experts give too much information and accidentally remove the need to work with them.

Inside this programme, you’ll learn how to create value without collapsing the buying journey.

5. Is this for beginners?

No.

This is designed for established business owners already earning consistent revenue who want speaking to become a reliable growth channel.

If you’re still figuring out your offer or niche, this isn’t the place to start.

6. Do I need lots of speaking opportunities already?

Not at all.

You need willingness to refine your message and a commitment to using speaking strategically.

Whether you’re already on stages or preparing for bigger rooms, this gives you a repeatable framework.

7. Is this just about what to say?

No.

We work on presence, positioning, structure, and the psychology of buying decisions in a live room.

This is about how the audience experiences you and not just your words.

8. What results can I expect?

Clients typically report:

  • More discovery calls after speaking
  • Clearer transitions into their offer
  • Feeling calmer and more in control
  • Being seen as the obvious choice in the room

And most importantly, consistency.

9. How sure can I be that I will make back my investment?

One client made back her investment by signing up 1 client to her high ticket programme from an audience of just 21 delegates. Another client repeatedly brings sign ups into her membership using her signature talk.

Why I Created
STAGE ONE

I’m still in my corporate role and I love it. I’ve spent over 20 years in high-performing sales teams, leading, managing, and training others. Speaking on corporate stages was always part of my world.

But when I stepped into the online space, I quickly realised something: it felt like starting all over again. Despite my experience, I was told to wait my turn, grow my following, and apply for speaking slots. It felt like everything I’d worked for was invisible here.

And I knew I wasn’t the only one. I was meeting incredible people. Ambitious, talented and with years of expertise who weren’t being recognised because they didn’t have flashy “vanity metrics” or a big online profile.

So, I built my own stage. A stage where people like us could share their message, be seen for their brilliance, and take the first step toward bigger speaking opportunities.

That’s what Stage One is all about: giving you a stage now, not someday.
