For years, I watched brilliant business owners step onto powerful stages… only to step off without the commercial return they deserved. Not because they weren’t compelling on stage,  but because no one had shown them how connection and conversion truly work together.

The Stage to Sales Method was born from that gap. It’s built on one core belief: you come first, not the pitch.

Outside of business, my world is slower and grounded.

I live in North Wales with my family, seven cats, two hens, two aquariums  and two horses. I’m a keen dressage rider, and some of my clearest thinking happens in the saddle.

Working with horses has taught me more about leadership and energy than any sales book ever could. Horses don’t respond to scripts. They respond to presence. To nervous system regulation. To clarity without force.

It’s the same on stage. An audience can feel incongruence instantly. They respond to grounded leadership. To safety. To certainty.

That’s why I’m able to read a room quickly. Why I can spot the subtle disconnect between a message that sounds good and one that actually moves people.

Stage to Sales isn’t about performance. It’s about energetic alignment and commercial design working together.

I live for cosy nights by the fire, early mornings at the yard, and the quiet discipline that horses teach you consistency, feel, timing, and trust.

No.

This is about learning how to structure your talk so selling doesn’t feel like pitching.

Why I Created 
STAGE ONE

I’m still in my corporate role and I love it. I’ve spent over 20 years in high-performing sales teams, leading, managing, and training others. Speaking on corporate stages was always part of my world.

But when I stepped into the online space, I quickly realised something: it felt like starting all over again. Despite my experience, I was told to wait my turn, grow my following, and apply for speaking slots. It felt like everything I’d worked for was invisible here.

And I knew I wasn’t the only one. I was meeting incredible people. Ambitious, talented and with years of expertise who weren’t being recognised because they didn’t have flashy “vanity metrics” or a big online profile.

So, I built my own stage. A stage where people like us could share their message, be seen for their brilliance, and take the first step toward bigger speaking opportunities.

That’s what Stage One is all about: giving you a stage now, not someday.
