Stage One is your first step onto the stage.
It’s a one-day live event designed to help you:
Deliver your first talk on stage in front of a supportive, engaged audience.
Capture professional videography of your talk to use as your portfolio for bigger stages.
Gain the recognition and credibility you already deserve.
Walk away with the confidence that comes from being seen, heard, and celebrated for your expertise.
And if you’d like extra support before the big day, you can choose to be personally coached by me to craft your talk, refine your delivery, and step onto stage fully prepared.

What you'll Experience
On the day of Stage One, you’ll step into a space designed to elevate you, to make you feel like the speaker you’re becoming.
Your moment on stage. Share your talk in front of a supportive audience who’s ready to cheer you on. You will speak to a small audience to help yoy grow your confidence and get ready for bigger stages.
Professional videography. Leave with a portfolio of high-quality clips you can use to apply for bigger speaking opportunities and showcase on your social media channels.
Optional coaching. If you’d like support beforehand, I’ll help you craft your talk and learn how to deliver it with confidence and impact. As part of the event there is a 4 hour coaching package available plus WhatsApp voice note support in the lead up to the event. I will help you craft your talk and learn how to deliver it with impact.
Connection. Meet and network with other ambitious, successful women who are on the same journey.

How it works
Optional Pre-Event Coaching
Refine your talk, structure it for clarity, and rehearse delivery if you want extra confidence. You can add on a 4 hr coaching package at a special rate.
Stage One Day
Walk onto the stage, deliver your talk, engage your audience, and show your brilliance.
Post-Event Portfolio
Receive professional clips of your talk — a resource to promote yourself, apply for future speaking opportunities, or share with your community.
All speakers also recieve to FREE event tickets to bring along their business besties for support on the day!
You are NOT paying to speak. You are paying for your professional portfolio of video clips. You can pay for the coaching package if you would like support to be ready to rock the stage!
Why I Created
STAGE ONE
I’m still in my corporate role and I love it. I’ve spent over 20 years in high-performing sales teams, leading, managing, and training others. Speaking on corporate stages was always part of my world.
But when I stepped into the online space, I quickly realised something: it felt like starting all over again. Despite my experience, I was told to wait my turn, grow my following, and apply for speaking slots. It felt like everything I’d worked for was invisible here.
And I knew I wasn’t the only one. I was meeting incredible people. Ambitious, talented and with years of expertise who weren’t being recognised because they didn’t have flashy “vanity metrics” or a big online profile.
So, I built my own stage. A stage where people like us could share their message, be seen for their brilliance, and take the first step toward bigger speaking opportunities.
That’s what Stage One is all about: giving you a stage now, not someday.
